COMMITMENT TO INNOVATION

At Salutem, innovation isn't just a buzzword; it's the cornerstone of our approach to healthcare. We believe that by leveraging the technology, we can significantly enhance the quality and accessibility of medical services. Our commitment to innovation is reflected in every aspect of our offerings.

We understand that timely access to healthcare is crucial. That's why we've developed a robust real-time claims processing system accessible via multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, our mobile app, an online portal, and USSD. This system drastically reduces the traditional claims processing time from 60 days to just 60 seconds. By integrating Visa and ZimSwitch functionalities, we've transformed our membership cards into versatile tools that double as bank cards.
